Sellfire Mobile
Role: Lead Designer
Product Type: iOS Application
Date: 2024 - Present
Converting Sellfire (formerly OPSIQ) from a web-based CRM to a mobile app required a thoughtful approach to UI/UX design to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms. I led the product design for this project, ensuring that the mobile experience maintained the same intuitive, efficient, and user-focused design as the web platform. I continue to oversee and refine the experience across environments, ensuring seamless functionality and usability for all user types.
The Sellfire web platform serves as a powerful hub of CRM features, designed to help sales teams maximize revenue opportunities. To complement this robust web experience, we set out to create an intuitive mobile app with the goal of giving sales reps seamless access to incoming calls on the go and quick access to need-to-know information about their leads.
Condensing the full Sellfire experience into a mobile app posed a unique challenge—both in deciding which features to include and in reimagining how those features should function in a mobile-first environment.

The app also supports sales managers and admin users, each with their own distinct needs. Managers require quick visibility into their reps’ active calls, enabling them to step in and coach when necessary. Admins, on the other hand, need tools to review, edit, and assign lead lists efficiently.
